Returns & Exchanges

Our hope is that everyone is delighted with their purchase.  If you have any questions during the ordering process, please call or email us. We are always happy to provide additional photographs, measurements or additional details on any of our products.

While we do NOT offer refunds, we are happy to exchange your items OR offer a store credit that has no expiration date.  Please ship (at your cost, via a trackable method) merchandise back to Lily Pad within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once returned items have been inspected (must be unused, in original packaging/condition, tags must be attached), we will issue you a Store Credit via email, usually within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise.  Please contact us via phone or email if you would like to complete an exchange.  

Please inspect shipment upon receipt as any damages or defects must be reported within 2 days of receipt

ALL Seasonal/Holiday Items, Custom Orders and Special Orders are FINAL SALE.  Additionally, ALL SWIMWEAR, ALL SALE, underwear and jewelry are FINAL SALE (no exchanges or store credit).
